Does any of the following sound familiar:
“What would I even talk to them about?”
“After a day of networking I feel exhausted”
“I freeze up and don’t know what to say to people”
“I’m not awkward with my friends, but I’m not sure what to say to new people”
What are your conversation skills costing you?
- Job Opportunities: Poor conversational skills can lead to missed job opportunities or promotions.
- Second Dates: Guys, you’ve gotta ask more questions! Lack of engagement can cost you second dates and potential relationships.
- Influence: Weak conversational skills may hinder your ability to influence others or share your perspective.
- Friends: Struggling to engage in conversation can prevent you from making new friends, especially if you're new to town.
- Professional Connections: Limited conversation skills can lead to missed networking opportunities that could advance your career.
- Sales: Strong conversational skills are key for selling your ideas or products; lack of them can cost you sales.

Conversation is a skill. And you can learn it.
Hi, I'm Cole Jennette, and I'm here to help
I teach people how to talk to anyone—without overthinking every word or faking who they are. After 20 years leading teams and building communities, I’ve learned that conversation is the key that unlocks everything: connection, confidence, influence.
To make it practical, I use a 4-part system I developed called OARR—a simple framework that helps people grow their confidence and connection in everyday conversations.
If you want to feel more like yourself in conversations, I’d love to help
