Week 2:Ā Asking Questions
-Are there bad questions?

-What do I do if people seem defensive to my questions

-Wearing and Carrying - People are showing you what to ask about
Week 3:Ā Non-Verbals
-Why non-verbals matter the most
-Core unspoken signals - open vs closed
-Watching people's feet (it's a clue)
-Friend and Enemy signals (which are you giving?)
-Making friends without saying a word
-Manipulation vs connection
-Your voice - pacing, playfulness, and intensity
Week 4:Ā Putting it all together with O.A.R.R
-4 part framework puts all the pieces together
-Obeserve: get on the same page
-Ask: Using questions to invite people to connect
-Reflect: Showing people you hear them (hint: you don't yet!)
-Respond: participate by sharing
-Examples used so you can see the flow of a healthy conversation
Week 5:Ā Ending and Conversation (and other tools)
-How to end a conversation (even if they won't stop talking)
-Seating technique for meetings and cup theory
-Common conversational traps (and how to avoid them)
-A play-by-play of how to have a breakfast meeting with a new friend
