Group Coaching
Group coaching gives you the frequency and impact of high level 1:1 coaching without the price tag. Group coaching is synchronous and live, so they aren't open year round. We typically start new groups every 2 months or so. Get on the waitlist to find out when the next group is opening up.

Individual Assessments
For HR professionals, individuals, or organizations who aren't in need of ongoing coaching, we do offer the EQi assessment as a standalone product.Â
Due to the level of experience required to administer and interpret the EQi, we do require that a formal debrief be done with each individual who takes the assessment.Â
